Shirley DePrez, Education Coordinator, and a group of talented and dedicated volunteers
have successfully delivered another year in the 2008-2009 Pioneer Day program.
The program is presented to 4th-grade classrooms of all Shelby County schools.
This is a very successful program provided by the Historical Society to educate students about
pioneer culture, history and skills. If you would like to volunteer to help with the program,
please call the office at Grover Museum, 392-4634. Every volunteer is appreciated for their
valuable skills and input to the program.
